Coloured version of ~Merokosart's Lineart of Amy Rose

Got up way too early today and was just working on my Nostale picture, when this lineart took over my inbox. I simply couldn't resist colouring this! >.<
Actually, several reasons made me do this: I really needed a break from working on big pictures that take me forever, I wanted to draw some official character artwork for long (but fail at drawing those) and I got an idea for some different style of drawing in mind when I went home this morning and I badly wanted to try it out and this picture just... fit it - PERFECTLY!

So I wasted another 2-3 hours of my precious time to colour this instead of doing other less wasteful stuff - and had a lot of fun doing it. That's the spirit of art, ohoho~ |3 *brick'd*
I guess I'm getting a hang of soft shading now. I barely manage to draw something cell-shaded without painting over it with some soft shading in the end.. ö_ö
On a side note: I had quite some problems finding the right colours for her hammer... I guess it's quite fine now the way it is, dunno if it's wrong in any way or not... but after all, the white stripe on her dress is missing as well, so~ :'D
I also could've put some more effort into the shading of her dress, but somehow it didn't like me so I just left it like that, with the opinion that it's "okaaayy"..
